Delivery & Returns Policy

1. General principle

ClubYol supplies digital subscription services, not physical goods. Performance is immediate or near-immediate. You consent to early performance and waiver of withdrawal at checkout; refunds are limited to what law permits and this policy allows.

2. Delivery process

Steps: (1) payment approval — automation starts; (2) domain registration 0–2h; (3) site setup 0–4h; (4) DNS 2–48h third-party; (5) email/SMS with access. "Delivered" when automation starts and/or panel access exists and/or domain is registered — whichever is first. Logging into the panel, editing content or visiting the live site counts as acceptance.

3. Delays and force majeure

Delays may arise from wrong data, unavailable domains, org.tr document review, maintenance or force majeure. Delay alone does not entitle you to refund; we may offer alternative domains or extensions. Full refund only if clause 5/1 all conditions met.

4. Withdrawal

Art. 15/ğ: no withdrawal where digital service started with your consent. You confirm this at checkout. Burden of proof on you for any exceptional claim.

5. Full refund — exceptional cases only

ALL must apply: 1) Within 24h of payment, neither domain nor site setup started due to our technical fault (not your wrong data). 2) Written notice to destek@clubyol.com within 24h of payment. 3) No meaningful panel use. 4) No domain registration. If you accept an alternative domain, no refund. If domain was registered, no full refund — only discretionary partial refund under clause 7.

6. No refund — examples

Automation started after payment; domain registered; panel used; DNS delay; third-party outage; your incorrect data; org.tr delay caused by you; suspension for breach; expired subscription; early-performance waiver; instalment surcharge refund request; change of mind; chargeback while service was delivered.

7. Partial refund (our discretion)

Only with our written approval and if: at least 180 unused days remain (except our long outage); no meaningful use; formula may apply: Refund = (Remaining days / 365) × Annual fee − Domain cost (min. 99.90 TRY) − Setup fee (min. 499.00 TRY) − Payment/instalment fees − Admin fee (min. 99.00 TRY) If zero or negative, no refund.

8. Refund process

Email destek@clubyol.com subject "Refund Request" with club name, registered email, payment date, amount, reason, authorised contact. ID/authority verification may be required. Review within 10 business days; approved refunds within 30 business days to original payment method. Incomplete applications not processed.

9. Chargebacks

Chargeback after delivery may be breach of contract; we may recover fees and close accounts. Repeated unfounded claims may be blacklisted.

10. Uptime target

99.5% monthly target; planned maintenance (24h notice aimed), DDoS, DNS outages and force majeure excluded. 48h fix target does not automatically trigger refund.
