1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to personal data of individuals using ClubYol ("Platform"), operated by Erva Global İnşaat Otomotiv Emlak Ticaret ve Sanayi Limited Şirketi. Read together with our KVKK notice (https://clubyol.com/en/kvkk). Mandatory law prevails in case of conflict.

From you: setup forms, billing details, logo, club texts, support tickets, referral applications. Automatic: IP, browser, language, session cookies, error logs, analytics if enabled. Third parties: payment status (PayTR), domain registration status, ASKF/TFF matching data. Sensitive data is not knowingly collected; you are responsible for content you publish on your club site.

4. Purposes

Contract performance, payments, delivery, panel access, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, support, renewal reminders, quality measurement and evidence in disputes. Marketing only with consent or where permitted.

5. Third parties and subprocessors

Payment: PayTR. Domains: DomainNameAPI and registries. Hosting/infrastructure: cloud providers. Database/storage: e.g. Supabase. Email/SMS: Resend, NetGSM, etc. List may change; contact destek@clubyol.com for updates.

6. Cookies

Essential cookies (session, security, cart/setup state) cannot be disabled. Optional analytics/performance cookies may be managed via browser or banner where available.

7. Retention and deletion

Data kept as long as necessary for the purpose; general post-subscription retention up to 3 years; financial records up to 5 years. Backups may persist briefly; deletion requests propagated within reasonable time.

8. Security

9. Children

Not directed at under-18s; we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
